Art Social Network Artrise Unites the Art Industry
Social networking has changed the way artists connect with each other. Now, in less time than it takes to make your first brush stroke, you’re able to interact with other artists from around the world, sharing ideas, getting feedback on your artwork, and expanding your inner circle. Facebook has paved the way for this cultural phenomenon, but in an industry as niche as digital art and design, there’s almost too much noise to wade through to get to the right features and the right people. Sometimes, bigger isn’t always better.
That’s where artrise has stepped in to fill the gap. Artrise is a new art social network that engages you with the entire art industry and connects you with artists, industry professionals, and enthusiasts alike. Artrise also gives users a better system to uploading and showcase their work, letting users post to one of its many galleries. It’s not about just giving artists a place to network with each other; it’s about giving you an online art gallery so more people can become aware of your art.
Artrise also gives its users exclusive listings of events and jobs around the nation so you don’t have to fall under that “starving artist” stigma. These postings are user-generated, so it’s likely that you’ll be hearing about a position before it’s actually announced to the general public.
Artrise is currently in private beta testing and is set for a public launch on Nov. 15, but if you just can’t wait until then to register for the new art social network, you can request an invite code by e-mailing contact@artrise.com, posting a comment on artrise’s Facebook page, or messaging them on Twitter.
