Untapped is a Beer Boutique, located in Teneriffe, that stocks Australia’s best range of craft beers. They requested a complete re-brand of their identity that would allude to their exclusive point of difference and reflect the quality of their products.

The redesign makes reference to traditional breweries of the past by using an ample amount of crafted typefaces, particularly ones which recall historic themes.

Who are we?

Goverdose was born in 2008 as a result of online collaboration between digital artists. Group has released only one e-zine in the past however our friendship and passion for creating has never died.

New Goverdose is online collective of digital designers with unique styles, techniques and desire to create new amazing projects. Goverdose is our way to forget about groove and everyday commercial work. We want to bring new amazing work and ideas with every theme pack as well as progress in our areas and have fun by doing it.

Nothing is constant, we’ll be changing rules every period of time. Today we are collective which is releasing our first art pack, next time we will surprise you with something else.

“Awhile back a friend of mine forwarded me a site (http://hartter.blogspot.com/2009/11/misc.html) where artist Sean Hartter made posters of films that, title wise, we were familiar with, but there was a slight difference; they were remade as if they belonged to a different era or a different genre, the name of the movie was there, but the actors were different, the style was different, and I loved the concept. So I went forward with this theme; what if movies we were all familiar with were made in a different slice of time? Who would be in it? Who would direct it? So here we are…”

In 2010, scientists succeeded in recreating a miniature version of the Big Bang.
Within a few years, some of the universe’s deepest secrets may be unlocked.

Genesis is another self-initiated personal project that I’ve written, designed and animated single handedly. It’s a 3D short film with a story that revolves around a machine that has the power of creating new, miniature universes. By controlling the universe rotation, it can speed up the time and evolution of the miniature worlds, and with the help of a fancy search engine it can pin point and extract terrestrial planets. Well, it’s not very scientifically correct by any means.. Or is it..? You might live in a manufactured miniature world..

Anyway, what would mankind do if they possessed the power of creating new worlds? Probably use it for creating some kind of decorative snow globe. Guaranteed gift of the year.

Well, it’s not all science fiction, I actually got inspired after reading some interesting articles about the European science agency CERN, who designed the world’s biggest particle accelerator, the Large Hadron Collider. This accelerator shoot beams around a freezing 27km concrete ring underground near Geneva, smashing atoms together in search of the elusive “God particle” believed present at the Big Bang. Since it began operating at the end of March 2010, CERN engineers and physicists have created billions of miniature versions of the Big Bang, revealing fundamental insights into the nature of the cosmos.

Also, at Lancaster University in UK, physicists unraveling the secrets of how to build a universe. In fact, they have already formed one, or something very much like it. This scientific breakthrough lies in the bottom of a chamber no larger than a pinky finger, filled with helium and cooled to 0.0003 degrees Fahrenheit above absolute zero.

Nevertheless, Runde drei.

Wieder begeben wir uns auf spannende Reisen, diesmal mit einer defekten Lomo in die Städte St. Petersburg und Moskau, dann mit dem Bike durch das malerische Siebenbürgen und genießen schließlich die Intensität des Augenblicks auf der Insel Panarea.

Dazu zeigen wir uns in dieser Ausgabe mit einem Astrophysiker und einem martialischen Mr. Nice Guy ungewohnt kämpferisch, besuchen einen Schlossherrn und versuchen mit einem Musiker, die Zeit zu dehnen.

Zwei Paare lassen uns teilhaben an ihrem Ansinnen, die Welt, in der wir leben, ein wenig besser zu machen: die einen im malerischen Niederösterreich, die anderen in den Weiten des afrikanischen Kontinents.

Wir entführen in japanische Räume, ins Innere der menschlichen Seele und an den Alten Rhein, streichen in einer psychologisch fein gewebten Kurzgeschichte die Golden Gate Bridge neu und fahren mit einem alten Opel auf Rekordkurs.

Und haben des weiteren unschuldige Trachten, junge Mode und dämonische Häkelarbeiten im Programm, lassen uns von seltsamen Wesen aus Bausilikon erleuchten und von der Architektur der Zukunft inspirieren.
